Acumen Recruiters seeks to recruit an Admin Assistant/Secretary on a temporary basis for 3 months. The secretary will be generally expected to coordinate office operations, schedule and appointments.
Responsibilities and duties.
1. Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients.
2.Assist in preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
3. Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
4. Develop and maintain a filing system.
5. Organise and schedule appointments.
6. Answer and direct phonecalls.
7.Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
8. Submit and reconcile expense reports.
9. Any other duty assigned by the senior management.
Must be a diploma/degree holder in Business administration or a related course. Secretarial studies is an added advantage.
Should be over 30 years old and married.
3 years or more experience is desirable.
Must be willing to work under minimal supervision.
Must be a person of proven character.
Must be highly organised and professional.
Profiency in Microsoft packages is a must.
Must be willing to start immediately
